- 3 cl Heart Of Flemish Gin 23
- 3 cl Dry vermouth
- 3 cl Elixir De Moor
- Lemon zest
Instructions
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled martini glass and you will create this delicious Bijoustyle cocktail. Tip: Make it less boozy by letting the liqueur dominate. The original recipe for a Bijou uses chartreuse liqueur as the sweet element. For this Flemish version of the classic cocktail, we had no choice but to use another Flemish product, Elixir De Moor.
