Ingredients
- 5 cl Flemish Gin 23
- 2,5 cl Fresh lemon juice
- 1,5 cl Simple syrup
- Rosemary Thyme
- Lemon zest
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, the rosemary and thyme as well. The herbs give the classic Gin Sour a Mediterranean twist. Strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs and lemon zest. Tip: Bring the cocktail to another level with a homemade deep-herb infused rosemary thyme syrup. In a small saucepan, place equal parts water and sugar over medium heat and add thyme and rosemary. Stir until all of the sugar has dissolved and the mixture comes to a simmer. Strain herbs from syrup and place in a container. Make sure the syrup is cooled before use.
