Instructions
Pour 5 cl Heart Of Flemish Gin 23 in a copa glass. Add a neutral tonic, for example Fever-Tree, Thomas Henry or Fentimans. When it comes to garnishing, less is more. A few junipers are enough to give the premium spirit its full potential. There is no need to worry if the transparent colour of the gin starts to turn white. The scientific explanation lies within the essential oils that the distillate contains as a result of the lemon peel. These substances, in combination with ice and tonic, can turn white.
