• 1,5 cl Flemish Gin 23
• 3 cl Dry Fino Sherry
• 1,5 cl Lavender liqueur De Moor
• Lemon zest, Pansy

Instructions

This light delicate cocktail is a perfect after-dinner drink. It combines the dry flavor of the fino sherry with the herbaceous gin and the floral lavender liqueur perfectly. Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled martini. Garnish with lemon zest and a pansy.
